- •Understanding of the French market and local consumer psychology
- •Comfort with data analysis and translating numbers into strategies
- •C2 level French and fluent English for internal coordination
- •Experience in the supplement, nutrition, or health & wellness industry
- •Hands-on mentality, highly organized, ownership and responsibility

- •Propose and lead A/B tests on French-specific messaging, incentives, and timing
- •Monitor key retention KPIs and translate data into actionable strategies
