Aufgaben
- Design, fabricate, and test Photonic Integrated Circuits
- Lead process development for AlN or TFLN platforms
- Own the platform flow and fabrication strategy
- Coordinate with cleanroom and process engineering teams
- Mentor colleagues and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Identify and mitigate fabrication risks and bottlenecks
- Plan and execute Design of Experiments for optimization
- Integrate process modules to increase technology readiness
- Define process windows and perform root-cause analysis
- Execute lithography, deposition, and dry etch processes
- Manage metrology, SPC, and change control documentation
- Collaborate with industry and academic project partners
- Generate intellectual property and patent applications
