• Lead and develop a team of 15+ R&D Process Engineers
• Define and drive the Process Engineering roadmap
• Align group strategy with the division’s mission
• Create a structured, professional engineering environment
• Establish clear ownership and working methods
• Set documentation standards based on industrial fabrication principles
• Develop stable, reproducible, and scalable process capabilities
• Support the transition from lab concepts to higher technology readiness
• Allocate resources and structure priorities
• Address operational challenges to ensure high-quality fabrication
• Strengthen collaboration across the division and company
• Represent the team in cross-divisional initiatives
• Manage fundamental cleanroom infrastructure projects
• Act as a key link to external customers and partners
• Ensure technical clarity and alignment of expectations
• Set objectives and manage daily operations
• Make strategic decisions with direct impact on company success
