Aufgaben
- Develop end-to-end schedules for proposals and projects.
- Coordinate engineering and supply milestones with stakeholders.
- Align milestones with contractual, start-up, and payment requirements.
- Translate execution concepts into project schedules.
- Develop WBS structures from execution concepts.
- Create progress curves from execution concepts.
- Continuously update schedules from project managers and lead engineers.
- Verify and optimize schedules for linked activities and accurate progress.
- Develop construction schedules from technical inputs.
- Develop erection shutdown schedules from technical inputs.
- Develop commissioning schedules from technical inputs.
- Continuously improve scheduling methods for evolving processes and technologies.
- Maintain and enhance interface landscapes.
- Create new interfaces to optimize daily workflows.
- Analyze master schedules and progress curves.
- Identify critical paths and activities.
- Develop measures to minimize or avoid delays.
