- Oracle Primavera P6 experience
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling
- LBMS/Takt and Oracle Primavera Cloud knowledge (a plus)

Aufgaben
- Coach project teams on planning and scheduling best practices
- Lead collaborative planning sessions with DPR, trade partners, designers, and stakeholders
- Align project sequencing, manpower, durations, and milestones
- Create the contract baseline schedule
- Manage ongoing schedule updates
- Incorporate subcontractor input into schedules
- Support planning for preconstruction and design phases
- Support planning for bid/buy-out and long-lead procurement
- Support planning for construction execution
- Support planning for startup, testing, and commissioning
- Provide schedule risk input
- Flag potential project impacts early
- Assist project team and owner with mitigation and recovery planning
- Assist project team and owner with delay analysis
- Deliver clear schedule outputs
- Prepare variance reports, narratives, and visual graphics
- Maintain alignment with detailed tracking tools
- Identify key production and resource outputs
- Measure key production and resource outputs
- Report key production and resource outputs
