Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or comparable technical discipline
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Innovation Labs, R&D, Engineering Management, or comparable technology-driven role
- Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and driving Proofs of Concept, prototypes, pilot projects, or technology initiatives from ideas to documented outcomes
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in agile environments and facilitating sprint-based collaboration, workshops, or cross-functional planning activities
- Solid understanding of modern software development, cloud technologies, AI trends, media technologies, streaming, or digital platforms
- Enjoyment of working closely with technical experts
- Experience collaborating with universities, research institutions, startups, public organizations, or technology partners is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience preparing or contributing to technical blogs, conference papers, white papers, presentations, or similar publications is a strong asset
- Proactive, hands-on personality
- Enjoyment of bringing structure to innovation activities
- Enjoyment of connecting people
- Enjoyment of turning promising ideas into tangible results
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- German (minimum B2)
Aufgaben
- Lead operational activities of the Innovation Lab
- Coordinate day-to-day innovation processes
- Organize and facilitate bi-weekly PoC sprints
- Collaborate with the Full Stack Development team
- Evaluate ideas entering the innovation funnel
- Prioritize innovation opportunities
- Initiate new PoCs
- Coordinate PoCs from idea validation to completion
- Ensure transparency and alignment across teams
- Ensure effective collaboration across technical and business teams
- Ensure PoCs are properly documented
- Transform PoC outcomes into reusable knowledge or assets
- Initiate follow-up initiatives from PoC outcomes
- Continuously improve Innovation Lab processes
- Foster an agile innovation culture
- Foster an execution-oriented innovation culture
- Represent BIG BLUE MARBLE in the innovation ecosystem
- Engage with universities and research institutions
- Engage with public organizations, startups, and technology partners
- Act as a key contact for strategic collaborations
- Identify opportunities for joint innovation activities
- Identify opportunities for joint research initiatives
- Represent BIG BLUE MARBLE at conferences and industry events
- Expand professional network and visibility
- Support the development of new partnerships
- Support the development of new innovation opportunities
- Ensure innovation outcomes are communicated internally
- Ensure innovation outcomes are communicated externally
- Support the creation of technical blogs
- Support the creation of conference papers
- Support the creation of exhibition contributions
- Support the creation of presentations
- Prepare management-ready summaries
- Prepare technology assessments
- Prepare recommendations based on PoC results
