  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and facilitating sprint-based collaboration, workshops, or cross-functional planning activities
  • Solid understanding of modern software development, cloud technologies, AI trends, media technologies, streaming, or digital platforms
  • Enjoyment of working closely with technical experts
  • Advantageous experience collaborating with universities, research institutions, startups, public organizations, or technology partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to represent BIG BLUE MARBLE confidently in national and international innovation networks, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Strong asset: Experience preparing or contributing to technical blogs, conference papers, white papers, presentations, or similar publications
  • Proactive, hands-on personality
  • Enjoyment of bringing structure to innovation activities
  • Enjoyment of connecting people
  • Enjoyment of turning promising ideas into tangible results
  • Fluent English (C1/C2)

Aufgaben

  • Lead Innovation Lab operational activities and coordinate innovation processes.
  • Organize and facilitate bi-weekly PoC sprints with the Full Stack Development team.
  • Evaluate ideas, prioritize opportunities, and initiate new PoCs with Product Management.
  • Coordinate PoCs from idea validation to completion, ensuring collaboration.
  • Ensure PoCs are documented and outcomes are transformed into reusable knowledge or assets.
  • Continuously improve Innovation Lab processes and foster an agile innovation culture.
  • Represent BIG BLUE MARBLE in the innovation ecosystem nationally and internationally.
  • Engage with universities, research institutions, public organizations, startups, and technology partners.
  • Act as a key contact for strategic collaborations and identify joint innovation opportunities.
  • Represent BIG BLUE MARBLE at conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Expand professional network and visibility at industry events.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and support the development of new partnerships.
  • Ensure innovation outcomes are communicated effectively internally and externally.
  • Support the creation of technical blogs, conference papers, and presentations.
  • Prepare management-ready summaries, technology assessments, and recommendations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing across teams and translate innovation into business value.
