- Manage engineering packages for agglomeration and fluid bed projects.
- Manage supply packages for agglomeration and fluid bed projects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for technical excellence.
- Manage assigned equipment and technologies end-to-end.
- Develop refractory solutions for process and mechanical systems.
- Develop refractory tools and modelling capabilities.
- Execute heat transfer calculations.
- Select suitable refractory material qualities.
- Support and coordinate standardization and productization activities.
- Develop cost-efficient refractory designs.
- Execute refractory engineering tasks.
- Supervise external engineering partners.
- Manage development and continuous improvement of refractory solutions.
- Manage intellectual property rights (IPR) for related technologies.
- Manage proposals.
- Provide technical support to the proposal team.
- Support Centers of Competence (COCs) in sales and offering activities.
- Support Services for refractory solution offering and delivery.
- Lead or contribute to Product & Solution Management (PSM) activities.
- Contribute to developing best practices, workflows, and engineering tools.
