- Manage quality assurance and control at supplier interfaces
- Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- Lead resolution of product quality issues during development
- Lead resolution of product quality issues in RMA cases
- Coordinate quality issue resolution across the supply chain
- Plan customer and supplier audits
- Conduct customer and supplier audits
- Support customer and supplier audits
- Facilitate root cause analyses
- Ensure implementation of corrective actions
- Ensure implementation of preventive actions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
