Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or higher technical school in natural science
- Professional certification in Quality Management / GMP is an advantage
- Strong hands-on experience with change control management and Product Quality Report
- Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory expectations (EU, FDA, ICH guidelines)
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience working with CMOs, ability to challenge quality topics constructively
- Confident communicator, able to explain quality requirements clearly
- Professional technical writing skills
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end Change Control process within Quality Management System (QMS)
- Drive development and implementation of standardized Change Control processes
- Review and assess proposed changes to ensure adequate impact assessments
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of change implementation activities
- Collaborate with Technical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain
- Act as Change Owner and support Quality function throughout change control lifecycle
- Contribute to preparation, review, and maintenance of annual Product Quality Reviews (PQRs)
- Monitor and drive timely completion of CAPAs and quality improvement actions from PQRs
- Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs and quality-related documentation
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Change Controls and Product Quality Review
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits through documentation preparation and presentation
- Provide quality oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Identify quality risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Collaborate closely with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) on product quality
- Support quality KPI definition, monitoring, trending, and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on operational quality metrics
