  • Sales deck creation experience
  • Ability to Photoshop product screenshots
  • Ability to work independently and fast
  • Near-native English level
  • Experience with customer experience tools (using, building, marketing, selling)
  • Ability to explain Parloa benefits (NPS, conversion, revenue, churn)
  • AHT or FCR presentation experience (bonus)
  • Experience in fast-growing, venture-funded B2B SaaS company
  • Business fluent German (C2)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills
  • Strong creative skills (positioning, messaging, slide decks)
  • Decisiveness and independent judgment
  • Self-organization and prioritization skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong technological aptitude and AI knowledge
  • Data analysis and insights skills (Salesforce, Google, Looker, Excel)

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap
  • Ensure roadmap alignment with company narrative
  • Inform prospects, partners, and customers about roadmap
  • Refine platform positioning for sales
  • Research customer use cases and proof points
  • Create sales collateral
  • Run sales training sessions with the Enablement team
  • Polish competitive differentiators with Competitive Intelligence
  • Source thought leadership content ideas
  • Collaborate on content outlines
  • Create and review thought leadership content
  • Speak on webinars
  • Help prospects boost NPS with Parloa
  • Help customers increase conversion rates
  • Help customers drive revenue
  • Help customers reduce churn
