In this role, you will shape the platform strategy for a digital product portfolio, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve mentoring, aligning product areas, and translating company goals into actionable outcomes.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in software product management with a technical focus
• •Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and system design
• •Proven ability to lead multiple product squads and coach Product Owners
• •Deep understanding of discovery practices, product-led platform strategy, and agile delivery
• •Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical investment
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management in both business and technical environments
• •Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or infrastructure products
• •Hands-on mentality and ability to build from 0 to 1
• •Experience in a rapidly growing company and fast work environment is a plus
• •Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial SaaS is a plus
• •Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• •Fluency in German and English
