- Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or infrastructure products
- Hands-on mentality and ability to build from 0 to 1
- Experience in a rapidly growing company and fast work environment is a plus
- Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial SaaS is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Own the product vision and strategy for the platform layer
- Lead and mentor Product Owners and engineering enablement teams
- Drive alignment by defining shared services, APIs, and integration patterns
- Collaborate with technical architects to ensure architectural coherence
- Promote platform-thinking for reuse and consistency
- Translate company strategy into measurable platform outcomes
- Communicate platform direction and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Enhance product practices for technical platform management
