Anforderungen

  • 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing/growth roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, buyer personas, and customer journeys
  • Proven ability to translate complex product concepts into clear messaging and positioning
  • Experience in supporting product, marketing, and communication teams with content and launch execution
  • Analytical mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Capability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving product environments
  • Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial SaaS is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to build from 0 to 1
  • Experience in a rapidly growing company and fast work environment is a plus
  • Experience in construction tech, logistics, or industrial solutions is a plus but not required
  • Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

  • Shape and develop the Go-To-Market function from the ground up
  • Build team capabilities and define tools, processes, and structures
  • Lead market intelligence for Doka Digital
  • Track and analyze developments in core and adjacent markets
  • Integrate customer and field feedback into market analysis
  • Create a unified intelligence loop reflecting real-world challenges
  • Deliver regular management briefings connecting market trends with strategic opportunities
  • Partner with R&D to identify new product and platform opportunities
  • Own the creation and development of product positioning and messaging
  • Co-develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for product launches
  • Translate customer insights and market dynamics into clear narratives
  • Create impactful sales enablement materials and demos
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing on adoption initiatives
  • Co-lead pricing and packaging discussions with Product Management
  • Measure and report on launch impact and product adoption
  • Recruit, lead, and develop team members as the organization scales
