• •Openness to regular travel
• •Passion for sustainability and electric mobility

Aufgaben

• •Oversee all People topics for the DACH region
• •Manage HR for an additional international department
• •Partner with local leadership to execute people agendas
• •Coach leadership teams on developing their skills
• •Handle complex HR cases and organizational design
• •Act as the local expert on German labor law
• •Provide HR guidance for Switzerland and Austria
• •Manage talent, performance, and succession planning
• •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on long-term hiring
• •Identify skill gaps and roll out learning initiatives
• •Lead cross-functional People projects like compensation and data
• •Coordinate with the international People Business Partner team
