Aufgaben
- Coordinate and consolidate local input for consistent Marketplace analysis.
- Lead market intelligence strategy development and execution.
- Analyze retail locations using demographic, geographic, and competitive data.
- Develop location scoring models and site selection frameworks.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity.
- Develop and provide advanced marketplace analysis tools.
- Lead or contribute to an analytical hub.
- Drive centralized data analysis and reporting initiatives.
- Analyze occupancy costs, rent, lease terms, and operational expenses.
- Benchmark rent and cost performance.
- Compare performance against industry standards and internal targets.
- Partner with Finance and Real Estate teams.
- Support lease negotiations.
- Support cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner with the Finance team.
- Conduct detailed P&L analyses.
- Contribute to financial planning and performance tracking.
- Track Business Plan Model (BPM) accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate negative impacts or discrepancies.
- Serve as central contact for EXPM and Real Estate.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Align collaboration with Real Estate strategy.
- Synthesize complex data into compelling presentations.
- Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Deliver regular briefings and strategic recommendations.
- Inform real estate, finance, and corporate strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Finance, Operations, and Strategy.
