- Deep market knowledge of technology and consulting roles
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Procurement, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jira workflows
- Proficiency in e-sourcing, eAuctions, and contract governance
- Working knowledge of AI technologies (ML, NLP, automation)
- Capability to assess AI-driven solutions and identify opportunities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Preferred certifications: CPSM, MCIPS, CSCP/CPIM, or equivalent
Aufgaben
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for enterprise software licenses
- Negotiate cloud infrastructure contracts (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Manage negotiations for niche SaaS platforms
- Identify and manage indirect suppliers
- Conduct RFx and competitive events
- Negotiate property leasing agreements
- Award contracts to suppliers
- Source contractors and professional services
- Negotiate hourly rates for contractors
- Negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Ensure top-tier talent at competitive market rates
- Track KPI performance with Vendor Management team
- Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations
- Partner with senior leaders to balance speed, risk, and value
- Manage conflicting priorities
- Optimize OpEx spend by identifying hidden costs
- Mitigate risks with Security and Legal teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and AI standards
- Oversee end-to-end contract management
- Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts
- Renew and terminate contracts
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Identify contractual risks and optimization opportunities
- Analyze complex data sets for decision-making
- Generate insights for sourcing strategies
- Evaluate vendor performance
- Support commercial negotiations
- Convert analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Use Power BI, SQL, or other data tools
