- Define technology roadmap for high-quality digital products and services
- Develop and evolve enterprise-wide architectural vision
- Create comprehensive architectural frameworks supporting business objectives
- Design long-term technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Establish architectural governance principles and standards
- Manage technological complexity and interdependencies across the organization
- Collaborate with IATA and industry leaders to understand strategic goals
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends for innovative solutions
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams
- Partner with project managers, developers, and product owners for IT project success
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives
- Drive innovation for IATA and the aviation industry
