- Optimize recovery metrics and service levels
- Monitor response times and cost control
- Oversee regional Line Maintenance stations
- Assess network expansion and capability needs
- Guarantee adherence to aviation safety standards
- Lead and coach 24/7 operations teams
- Set sales and margin targets
- Manage quoting, invoicing, and financial closure
- Partner with engineering and supply chain functions
- Champion process improvements and digital tools
