Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Innovation Management, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Innovation, Global Brand Management, or Product Management, ideally within beauty or FMCG
  • Passion for beauty innovation at intersection of consumer needs, technology, and product development
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in international environment
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset with proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to inspire and align stakeholders
  • Fluent English; German is a plus

Aufgaben

  • Identify emerging consumer needs, trends, and opportunities
  • Shape long-term innovation strategy for hair products
  • Drive innovation projects from ideation to consumer validation
  • Develop product concepts with clear insights and benefits
  • Validate product concepts through consumer testing
  • Steer cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with Global R&D, Strategy, Consumer Insights, and Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and R&D teams in Lead Regions
  • Present and champion innovation projects to senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional creative workshops
  • Foster a culture of innovation across the organization
