- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, sales, or related field
- Proactive, idea-driven mindset with interest in strategy and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to complexity with deep understanding of digital and AI solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus

- Drive global Sales & Key Account Excellence roadmap
- Align roadmap with SBU strategy and growth priorities
- Lead digital and AI transformation initiatives
- Embed data-driven workflows into core business processes
- Steer high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects
- Implement sales excellence and broader SBU topics
- Act as functional owner of sales and account management tools
- Drive adoption and data quality of CRM and account planning tools
- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Develop high-impact, decision-ready recommendations
- Translate complex data into clear, decision-oriented insights
- Create high-impact presentations to drive decisions
- Improve collaboration and communication between functions
- Enhance processes, governance, and tools for better collaboration
