- Proficiency in English, other languages are welcome
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
Aufgaben
- Manage labor and employment matters in EMEA
- Provide strategic advice on employment agreements and consultation processes
- Support compensation, benefits, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Lead internal investigations
- Oversee employment-related disputes and litigation with external counsel
- Develop and conduct training on labor and employment law topics
- Manage outside counsel on complex projects
- Monitor and manage legal issues and developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues
