Anforderungen
- Several years HRBP experience in international, fast-paced environments
- Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus
- Fluent German/English skills
- Solid Workday proficiency
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change
- Deep knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strategic and hands-on capability
- Swedish and/or Norwegian language skills are a plus; French is an additional advantage
