- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Proven track record in leading operational excellence transformations
Aufgaben
- Conduct operational maturity assessments at production sites
- Identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement a company-wide OPEX roadmap
- Monitor site-specific action plans aligned with corporate strategy
- Lead transformation projects in collaboration with plant management
- Deliver measurable results and quick wins
- Analyze OEE and key performance indicators for trends
- Identify root causes to enable data-driven decisions
- Provide hands-on support and coaching on OPEX methodologies
- Standardize OPEX methods and KPIs across the group
- Design and deliver training and workshops to build OPEX capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop and execute a change management strategy for new processes
- Drive adoption of improvement initiatives
