Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • •In-depth practical knowledge of OPEX methodologies
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification or Lean Trainer certification
  • •Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • •Strong change management capabilities
  • •Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • •Excellent collaboration skills
  • •Strategic thinker with attention to detail
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • •Proven track record in leading operational excellence transformations

Aufgaben

  • •Conduct operational maturity assessments at production sites
  • •Identify pain points and improvement opportunities
  • •Develop and implement a company-wide OPEX roadmap
  • •Monitor site-specific action plans aligned with corporate strategy
  • •Lead transformation projects in collaboration with plant management
  • •Deliver measurable results and quick wins
  • •Analyze OEE and key performance indicators for trends
  • •Identify root causes to enable data-driven decisions
  • •Provide hands-on support and coaching on OPEX methodologies
  • •Standardize OPEX methods and KPIs across the group
  • •Design and deliver training and workshops to build OPEX capabilities
  • •Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • •Develop and execute a change management strategy for new processes
  • •Drive adoption of improvement initiatives
