- Fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Develop process management for LEAN excellence
- Advise departments on process management topics
- Optimize interfaces between different departments
- Evolve BPM methods and tools continuously
- Collaborate with business partners and LEAN programs
- Plan and implement process excellence measures
- Conduct ARIS and BPM methodology trainings
- Support the growing BPM community
- Ensure consistency in process modeling
- Facilitate process governance meetings
- Manage the ARIS application lifecycle
- Create reports and APG flows
- Maintain interfaces between various systems
