Anforderungen

  • Proven ability to lead teams to breakthrough results
  • Strong track record closing/managing multi-million deals
  • 6-8 years individual enterprise-level sales experience
  • 4-5 years sales team management experience
  • SaaS selling experience with complex sales cycles/negotiations
  • Record of exceeding quarterly team quotas
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales processes or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and system compliance
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Openness to travel up to twice a month
  • Background in CX, XM, market research, analytics, or related enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling to automotive, manufacturing, utilities, financial services, or public sector
  • Experience at scale-ups or hypergrowth SaaS companies

Aufgaben

  • Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives
  • Coach direct reports on sales strategy
  • Coach direct reports on pipeline and opportunity management
  • Coach direct reports on career planning and development
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture experienced sales professionals
  • Provide skill training on complex sales motions
  • Mentor on legal collaboration during sales
  • Mentor on effective product presentations
  • Mentor on managing internal team relationships
  • Mentor on quarterly sales forecasting
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and prospects
  • Engage with clients and prospects at all organizational levels
  • Manage meaningful contract negotiations
  • Handle multiple negotiations concurrently
  • Develop and maintain in-depth Qualtrics solution knowledge
  • Maintain real-time understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Utilize competitive insights for proposals and pricing
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for complex deals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Implementation
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts
  • Ensure collaboration to secure large enterprise engagements
  • Manage through change in a fast-growing environment
