  • Experience using Salesforce.com and measuring compliance
  • Exceeding quarterly team quotas through skill development
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations

  • Drive high performance in a large sales organization
  • Manage first-line sales leaders and 25 Account Executives
  • Mentor and coach on advanced sales strategies
  • Foster leadership growth through rigorous pipeline management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development
  • Implement skill training and mentorship programs
  • Conduct quarterly sales forecasting and product solutioning
  • Collaborate with legal teams on complex sales motions
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with strategic clients
  • Lead significant contract negotiations and deals
  • Maintain deep expertise in Qualtrics XM platform
  • Understand the competitive landscape for winning proposals
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless client success through cross-functional teamwork
  • Engage in critical sales cycles for executive-level guidance
  • Support deal closure for sales managers and AEs
