- 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Python
- Experience developing scalable backend services and frontend applications
- Familiarity with building modular systems and integrating third-party ML/AI services
- Excellent problem-solving skills in ambiguous contexts
- Experience with Docker, build pipelines, and packaging software for deployment
- Hands-on experience with Kafka for data streaming or event-driven messaging
- Experience with job orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling and version control
- Ability to engage directly with customers and communicate clearly
- Understanding of deploying in air-gapped or restricted environments
- Clear communication and collaboration across teams
- Experience working in defense, government, or highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with ML/AI development lifecycles and evaluation pipelines
- Experience with tools like ComfyUI, LangChain, or custom RAG/LLM agent tooling
- Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and hybrid deployment models
- Exposure to testing automation frameworks and monitoring tools
- Understanding of user authentication and secure access control patterns
Aufgaben
- Interface with end-users and domain experts to identify pain points
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas for feasibility and solution fit
- Act as a technical advisor and trainer for clients
- Design and build robust, maintainable applications using NodeJS and React
- Extend existing services based on customer needs, including backend APIs and microservices
- Create user interfaces for configuring and visualizing AI test runs
- Provide input on common services for the central platform
- Collaborate with AI scientists to integrate ML models and monitoring tools
- Package applications for air-gapped, on-premise deployment
- Implement CI/CD workflows to enhance development and release cycles
- Ensure solutions are testable, versioned, and maintainable
- Assess feasibility of proposed solutions and suggest alternatives
- Contribute to the architectural direction of Resaro’s testing stack
