- 3-7 years AI/ML engineering experience
- Strong Python skills

- Production model deployment experience

- Clear communication of AI concepts
- MSc or PhD in AI/ML or related field
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, or prompt engineering

- Experience in defence, pharma, or regulated industries
