Aufgaben
- Lead the design and execution of a global CommEx Change Management framework
- Drive adoption of CommEx operating standards and capability playbooks
- Ensure ongoing ELT engagement and stakeholder-centric communication
- Architect the CommEx Operating Model and Change Management framework
- Translate strategy into playbooks and templates for stakeholders
- Define initiative lifecycle with change checkpoints
- Lead structured ELT communication and co-create sponsorship actions
- Build and animate the global CommEx community for alignment and feedback
- Design and deliver engaging change management content and communication assets
- Partner with CommEx capability leads to embed change plans in initiatives
- Establish benefits tracking and publish dashboards for stakeholders
- Formalize collaboration principles with Commercial Ecosystem & Enablement
- Coordinate with enabling functions for aligned messages and governance
- Leverage PMO headcount to track adoption KPIs and ensure transparent reporting
