Global Salesforce Training & Enablement Specialist(m/w/x)
Designing and delivering global CRM training programs for various stakeholder groups, creating e-learning modules. 2-3 years professional experience in enterprise CRM training/enablement required. Global scope with virtual and in-person training delivery.
Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in Salesforce based training, enablement, or related roles
- Strong instructional design and project management skills
- Experience with training tools, e-learning platforms, and performance tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant learning management tools
- Experience in an international corporate environment and knowledge of industry best practices and adult learning principles
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Design and develop CRM training programs for various stakeholder groups
- Deliver training sessions both virtually and in person
- Create and maintain CRM training materials, including playbooks and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with Salesforce Product Owners to analyze performance metrics
- Identify training gaps and refine learning strategies
- Contribute to the LMS/LXP project and oversee training administration
- Ensure alignment on training goals with the Global Commercial Skills & Training Lead
- Evaluate and implement tools to enhance learning experiences
- Collect feedback to refine training programs based on stakeholder challenges
- Plan and organize global training sessions and workshops
