Global Business Analyst & Admin (Sales) - Salesforce(m/w/x)
Salesforce platform support for sales operations and CRM initiatives within the life sciences packaging sector. Salesforce Admin Certification and 3 years Salesforce BA/Admin experience required. Global collaboration across Sales, Service, IT, and Digital Transformation teams.
Anforderungen
- University degree in business administration, economics, or similar field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Pharma/Life Science industry, preferably in CRM focused and commercial-oriented roles
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Admin
- In-depth practical experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Salesforce Admin Certification is a must, additional Business Analyst, Sales & Service Cloud certifications preferred
- Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, any additional languages are an advantage
- Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Enhance and support Sales operations through Salesforce platforms
- Drive regional CRM initiatives and optimize service processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Service, IT, and Digital Transformation teams
- Deliver hands-on support to end users for Sales and Life Science Cloud
- Create and maintain targeted training materials
- Conduct service-oriented training sessions for stakeholders
- Contribute to the global OneCRM initiative for harmonizing processes
- Support design, configuration, and rollout of OneCRM functionality
- Define the Customer Engagement ecosystem within the Sales stream
- Prepare workshops to kickstart the localization phase
- Define harmonized business processes across regions and units
- Write Features & User Stories with a focus on Life Science Cloud
- Configure OneCRM instances with emphasis on Life Science Cloud
- Support trainings and hypercare during implementation
- Lead regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations
- Develop training materials and provide training sessions
- Deliver end-user support and drive CRM adoption
- Manage data quality and maintain clean CRMs
- Support reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions
- Collaborate closely with regional teams and IT
