Anforderungen
- Degree in supply chain, business analytics, statistics, economics, industrial engineering, or related field
- 6+ years experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics
- Advanced knowledge of statistical and machine learning forecasting methods
- Strong command of MAPE and forecast bias metrics
- Proven ability to design, implement, and improve forecasting models and planning processes
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication skills
- Track record of influencing senior leadership
- Mentoring teams
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead demand forecasting for assigned SKU portfolio
- Ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Integrate market intelligence and demand drivers into forecasts
- Monitor and optimize forecast accuracy KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis for forecast errors
- Implement structural improvements to forecasting processes
- Evaluate and refine demand forecasts for seasonal events
- Align forecasts with revenue targets and marketing plans
- Champion process innovation and automation
- Enhance forecasting precision with AI-driven workflows
- Mentor and develop demand planning team members
- Build expertise in advanced forecasting techniques
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
