- Coordinate outbound processes for optimal speed and minimal cost
- Monitor KPIs including cost per parcel and lead times
- Track fulfilment workload and production backlogs
- Identify and resolve outbound-related issues
- Conduct root cause analysis for logistics problems
- Increase network transparency and monitoring capabilities
- Ensure alignment with operational departments
- Define and implement efficient supply chain processes
- Collaborate with replenishment, transportation, and fulfilment teams
- Develop a complex inbound and outbound optimization model
- Balance cost efficiency with lead-time optimization
- Manage operational constraints within the logistics network
