- Experience with data-quality analysis and data profiling
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience
- Understanding of banking/transaction data or strong motivation to learn
- Willingness to create model documentation for regulatory, audit, and validation
- Software delivery basics (Git, code reviews, branching strategies)

- Excellent communication skills
- Structured working approach and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English (mandatory)
- Motivation to constantly improve and learn new technologies
