- Pragmatic understanding and application of agility
- Strong English skills for collaboration
- Experience with agentic AI workflows or prompt engineering
- Basic Python skills for data validation and scripting
- Conceptual understanding of event-driven or streaming architectures
- Experience with Power BI or comparable BI/visualization tools
- Exposure to Databricks, Delta Live Tables, or lakehouse platforms
- German language skills (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Bridge compliance and engineering, aligning stakeholders
- Contribute to team spirit in an international, distributed environment
- Translate AML, KYC, case management, and reporting requirements into structured data product specifications
- Analyze end-to-end data flows across event-driven architecture
- Identify gaps between stakeholder needs and current data products
- Lead requirements discovery and backlog refinement
- Define and own data quality monitoring requirements
- Set thresholds for data freshness, completeness, and correctness
- Drive incident resolution and root-cause analysis with engineering
- Design and execute test cases for data pipeline deliveries
- Validate mappings, transformations, and completeness before go-live
