  • Experience implementing cloud initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with design thinking (plus)

Aufgaben

  • Drive adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud
  • Coach strategic customers through cloud transformations
  • Build relationships with CXOs and technical leaders
  • Provide technical advisory for broad portfolio consumption
  • Generate innovative ideas for demand generation
  • Safeguard renewals and minimize customer churn
  • Partner with customers on outcome-based plans
  • Coordinate activities with the internal account team
  • Advise on technical and business architectures
  • Support market unit demand generation initiatives
  • Execute renewal strategies to optimize profitability
  • Introduce AI and digital modalities to customers
  • Orchestrate resources across SAP and customer teams
  • Analyze technical needs and execute consumption plans
  • Instruct customers on solution best practices
  • Act as the customer's voice to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product management and support groups
