Anforderungen
- 7+ years of experience in regulated industry
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or relevant competing platforms
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Skills for analyzing technical concepts and mapping business requirements
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms
- Proficiency in Swiss-German and English
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Salesforce product certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and features
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers
- Knowledge of French and other European languages
- Availability for occasional travel to customer sites
Aufgaben
- Function as the Core Cloud Subject Matter Expert
- Serve as the single point of customer accountability
- Nurture relationships with IT and business leadership
- Help customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce platform
- Coordinate completion of the Signature Success catalog of services
- Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
- Advise customers on adopting new Salesforce features
- Identify potential challenges and risks in implementations
- Communicate the value of Signature Success to collaborators
- Advocate for customers during high severity case resolutions
- Conduct quarterly reviews and identify trends
- Provide tailored release recommendations for stability and performance
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
