Senior Cost Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- •Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management services
- •Experience leading cost management commissions for large complex construction projects
- •Technical knowledge of Data centre or related facility asset types
- •Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement
- •Experience managing teams using multiple estimating tools and applications
- •Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases
- •Collaborative approach with strong relationship development skills
- •Good organization skills with ability to multi-task
- •Good command of written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben
- •Act as the primary cost management liaison with clients and project stakeholders
- •Prepare cost estimates and manage pre and post-contract duties
- •Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- •Estimate costs and produce the final cost plan
- •Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification and tender analysis
- •Produce and compile contractual documents for tenders
- •Ensure timely and accurate cost checks and valuations
- •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to clients
- •Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
- •Participate in managing post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- •Perform cost risk analysis and provide input for value engineering
- •Negotiate and approve final accounts
- •Maintain feedback on cost estimating and contribute to best practices
