In this role, you will be the key point of contact for cost management, overseeing everything from cost estimates to contract administration. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing procurement processes, and ensuring accurate cost reporting.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• •Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management services
• •Experience leading cost management commissions for large complex construction projects
• •Technical knowledge of Data centre or related facility asset types
• •Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement
• •Experience managing teams using multiple estimating tools and applications
• •Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases
• •Collaborative approach with strong relationship development skills
• •Good organization skills with ability to multi-task
• •Good command of written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben

• •Act as the primary cost management liaison with clients and project stakeholders
• •Prepare cost estimates and manage pre and post-contract duties
• •Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
• •Estimate costs and produce the final cost plan
• •Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification and tender analysis
• •Produce and compile contractual documents for tenders
• •Ensure timely and accurate cost checks and valuations
• •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to clients
• •Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
• •Participate in managing post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• •Perform cost risk analysis and provide input for value engineering
• •Negotiate and approve final accounts
• •Maintain feedback on cost estimating and contribute to best practices
