  • •Experience in Data Centre Construction projects preferred
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations

Aufgaben

  • •Oversee planning and implementation of MEP systems
  • •Collaborate with architects and engineers on project design
  • •Analyze and manage critical milestone activities
  • •Review construction proposals and manage project budgets
  • •Support engineering decisions on project costs
  • •Review and assess work-in-place for capital expenditure
  • •Facilitate communication among project stakeholders
  • •Lead client and project meetings
  • •Identify and monitor factors influencing construction costs
  • •Review requests for payment
  • •Track equipment to ensure it meets project schedule
  • •Record occurrences that may lead to claims
  • •Review and approve final invoices and payment applications
