- Oversee economic steering and control of group entities
- Analyze planning results
- Identify deviations from plans
- Derive measures for performance improvement
- Develop and maintain a transparent reporting system
- Generate regular reports and presentations
- Coordinate financial reporting for all companies
- Ensure timely delivery of financial reports
- Communicate financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Derive financial targets, KPIs, and cost structures
- Align financial targets, KPIs, and cost structures
- Track financial targets, KPIs, and cost structures
- Create decision and information templates for leadership
- Ensure templates are available in German and English
- Oversee technical and financial steering of group entities
