- Identify deviations
- Derive effective improvement measures
- Establish transparent reporting system for division
- Continuously develop reporting system
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Coordinate financial reporting for all companies
- Ensure timely financial reporting
- Communicate financial reports to stakeholders
- Independently derive financial targets, KPIs, cost structures
- Coordinate financial targets, KPIs, cost structures
- Track financial targets, KPIs, cost structures
- Create decision and information templates
- Prepare templates for board and top management
- Write templates in German and English
- Manage technical and financial steering of associated companies
- Manage technical and financial steering of consolidated entities
