- Support benchmarking projects at executive and workforce levels.
- Design compensation plans and incentive structures.
- Develop job grading and job architecture frameworks.
- Conduct remuneration surveys and analyze data.
- Assist in project planning and data analysis.
- Write reports and develop presentation materials.
- Manage and maintain client relationships with project leaders.
- Collaborate with workforce advisory colleagues and service lines.
