- Develop governance, communication, and management control systems
- Review and align organizational structures across parties
- Manage interfaces between different contractors
- Monitor team performance and initiate safety improvements
- Audit compliance with established management systems
- Identify project risks and drive mitigation activities
- Lead weekly technical and progress meetings
- Manage client stage gateway reviews and approvals
- Oversee design stage deliverables and permitting requirements
- Conduct daily site reviews for HSE and logistics
- Produce formal reports against project KPIs and milestones
- Prepare progress presentations for the employer’s representative
- Administer contracts to protect the client’s interests
- Manage timely issuance of company invoices and receipts
