Aufgaben
- Liaise closely with client representatives
- Coordinate with on-site contractors and consultants
- Plan and allocate quality control resources
- Perform audits and field inspections
- Review and approve inspection test plans
- Conduct site walks to verify quality
- Recruit qualified quality control personnel
- Plan and witness commissioning activities
- Present weekly quality issues to clients
- Escalate significant issues for resolution
- Facilitate vendor kick-off meetings
- Attend weekly technical coordination meetings
- Verify contractor quality control qualifications
- Generate weekly quality reports for clients
- Review weekly activity plans for personnel
- Produce and review daily quality reports
- Lead weekly QAQC meetings with contractors
- Manage internal QAQC meetings across projects
- Upload quality dossiers to documentation systems
- Validate and review as-built drawings
- Evaluate performance for all quality personnel
