- Proven experience taking CV projects from research/prototyping into production

- Strong expertise in Python and/or C++

- Deep understanding of computer vision algorithms (e.g. ByteTrack, DeepSORT)
- In-depth knowledge of CV tools and libraries (OpenCV, torchvision, YOLO)
- In-depth knowledge of object detection/tracking frameworks
- Production experience: CV project from concept through deployment
- Advanced degree: MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics or adjacent
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Code quality experience (reviews, testing, maintaining large codebases)
- Fluent English
- Experience with multi-camera systems, 3D tracking, or geospatial reasoning
- On-premise or edge deployment experience
- Background in logistics, robotics, autonomy, or industrial automation
- Experience with real-time systems or performance optimization
- Hands-on data labeling & curation experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior experience in startup or early-stage company environment
- Experience with 3D reconstruction, SLAM, or structure-from-motion
- Familiarity with sensor fusion (camera, LiDAR, radar)
- Knowledge of GDPR and privacy-preserving machine learning
Aufgaben
- Calibrate and fuse multi-camera feeds
- Create real-time spatial models of logistics yards
- Associate assets across cameras using appearance and motion
- Map 2D detections to real-world coordinates
- Maintain queryable spatial state over time
- Develop behavioral anomaly detection models
- Generalize models across new sites
- Manage training data pipeline from raw footage
- Label and track experiments
- Version and validate models before deployment
- Design scalable data pipelines for live footage
- Optimize on-premise inference on commodity hardware
- Define and monitor production quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve field failures
- Influence engineering decisions with operational insights
- Set standards for model development and code quality
- Promote best practices in computer vision
