- •Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B/public sector sales or business development of enterprise software solutions
- •Excellent understanding of customer business domain (healthcare IT solutions)
- •Good understanding of sales and public procurement processes
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Ability to negotiate and align views with stakeholders
- •Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- •Result-oriented approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
- •Full professional proficiency in English and German
