Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure-related industries
- Proven track record in managing complex sales processes and building relationships with enterprise or public-sector clients
- Deep understanding of the Austrian market and its business culture, ideally with an existing network in relevant sectors
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and proactive, hands-on approach to driving business
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data-driven mindset for sales prioritization and forecasting
- Fluent German (native level) and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed

- Position the backend platform as a key enabler for EV charging infrastructure
- Identify market trends and customer needs in e-mobility
- Capitalize on regulatory developments in Austria
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Nurture connections with business leaders and infrastructure operators
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Focus on long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account development
- Upsell and expand into new customer segments
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management
- Handle escalations and align solutions with customer needs
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools
- Document all activities and touchpoints in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
