Anforderungen

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure-related industries
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales processes and building relationships with enterprise or public-sector clients
  • Deep understanding of the Austrian market and its business culture, ideally with an existing network in relevant sectors
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and proactive, hands-on approach to driving business
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data-driven mindset for sales prioritization and forecasting
  • Fluent German (native level) and strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management
  • Handle escalations and align solutions with customer needs
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools
  • Document all activities and touchpoints in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
