Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable discipline
- •3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure-related industries
- •Proven track record in managing complex sales processes and building relationships with enterprise or public-sector clients
- •Deep understanding of the Austrian market and its business culture, ideally with an existing network in relevant sectors
- •Strong organizational skills, independence, and proactive, hands-on approach to driving business
- •Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data-driven mindset for sales prioritization and forecasting
- •Fluent German (native level) and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed

- •Handle escalations and align solutions with customer needs
- •Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools
