- •Expertise in Time & Sync technology and PNT
- •Natural leadership and Sales attitude
- •Team player in complex setups
- •Hardworking and fully committed
- •Fluency in oral and written English and German
- •Other European language skills as a plus

- •Develop the Time & Sync PNT business in DACH
- •Support OSA growth strategy by winning large projects
- •Analyze and structure potential Time & Sync PNT use cases
- •Provide market feedback to align OSA's strategic direction
- •Develop sales with defense, government, and aerospace sectors
- •Promote OSA Time & Sync / PNT business in DACH
- •Strengthen the company's position as a market leader
- •Manage a regional network of Value Added Resellers (VARs)
- •Coordinate and support an effective VAR network
- •Implement strategies for launching new products
- •Explore new PNT projects and customers in specified markets
