- Track record of leading complex projects and organizational skills
- Solid financial and budget knowledge and reporting tools experience
- Conceptual, creative, and analytical thinking with execution ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Effective work in fast-paced and collaborative environments
- Fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Support the brand's strategic direction
- Develop marketing plans aligned with brand strategy
- Implement and manage marketing concepts and initiatives
- Coordinate projects with agencies and service providers
- Analyze and evaluate implemented marketing activities
- Manage budget planning and ongoing cost control
- Drive revenue and profit growth
- Deliver 360-degree campaigns for consumer platforms
- Coordinate annual brand plans with commercial teams
- Manage daily brand activities and priorities
- Collaborate with Sales to maximize retail impact
- Oversee monthly forecasting and the PO process
