- LabWare LIMS administration, configuration, workflow management, user support
- LabWare Basic (LWB) scripting knowledge (strong advantage)
- Agilent OpenLab CDS experience in laboratory environment
- NuGenesis Scientific Data Management System familiarity
- GuSLab laboratory management software experience
- Good understanding of laboratory processes
- SAP QM interface integration (IDI/QMIDI) in LIMS context (strong advantage)
- Mandatory Computer System Validation (CSV) in GxP-regulated environment
- Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of applications to be managed (ideally)
- Database technology (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
- Communication protocols
- Application architecture
- (Agile) application development
- Web services
- Portal technology

- IT server and network infrastructure (ideally)
- German (language level B1)

Aufgaben
- Manage LabWare LIMS environment across two sites
- Ensure day-to-day application management
- Maintain GxP compliance
- Participate in platform migration and LIMS version upgrade
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, system vendors, and external partners
- Operate global laboratory applications and information systems
- Process incidents, service requests, and change requests
- Maintain system documentation (CIs, CSV documents, etc.)
- Monitor global application operations
- Track application availability, recoverability, performance, and resource consumption
- Inform users and IT support of disruptions or planned downtime
- Provide global consulting and support for application and process handling
- Define global support processes for laboratory applications
- Coordinate between support teams, application developers, and local Application Managers
- Monitor global systems and provide 2nd/3rd level support
- Create global KPIs for strategic decisions
- Plan strategic updates and releases
- Support new updates and releases (specification, testing, rollout)
- Draft and contribute to global Change Requests
- Ensure all required application documentation is defined and in place
- Maintain compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11
- Co-determine migration strategy for local systems into global IT
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with applications
- Track and coordinate open defects and UAT activities for LabWare LIMS V8 upgrade
- Support active ERP/infrastructure migration project
